Truth

There was truth and there was untruth, and if you clung to the truth even against the whole world, you were not mad.

The Empire Strikes Back

Episode V
THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK
It is a dark time for the
Rebellion. Although the Government
By the People for the The People
has been nearly destroyed,
Imperial troops have driven the
Rebel forces from their hidden
base and pursued them across
the country.
Evading the dreaded Imperial
Media a group of freedom
fighters led by Gov. Jan Brewer
has established a new secret
base on the remote desert oasis
of  Phoenix, AZ.
The evil lord Darth Holder
obsessed with finding New
Voters for his Emperor has
dispatched thousands of
Trial Lawyers into the far
reaches of the desert…

cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah...

The lawyers for the for The InJustice Department fanned across the desert with their allies from the American Communist Liberals Union (ACLU), SEIU, The Raza, Somos America, MeCHA, MSNBC, The Los Angeles Times, and others.
“I’m hunting Wacists!” Stormtrooper  E. Fudd was heard to say.
Then they found their base, SB 1070.
And they launched an all-out assault against the rebels strong hold.
The Imperial Walkers of  “outraged” minorities , out-of-state agitators, and Union stormtroopers descended on the based armed with their sanctimony and their signs carrying their race cards in their media pockets.
The base was taken temporarily but the rebels themselves escaped.
Though they were temporarily beaten, battered, and bruised, they lived to fight another day.
For after all, the Empire’s main weapon was the dreaded RACIST CANNON, able to fire invectives of pure hatred and partisanship.
But  not all hope was lost for the Rebels.
For the people were on their side….
Darth Holder, minion of the Emperor Himself, was heard to proclaim that just because the Empire has no interest in securing the border doesn’t mean the individual governors can usurp Imperial power and do his job for or with him.
IF THE EMPIRE WANTS TO IGNORE BORDER SECURITY YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISAGREE!
cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah... cuhh huah...

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO “HELP” or  “ASSIST” or otherwise burden or force the Empire into DOING IT’S JOB!
I AM EMPEROR OBAMA, What I say goes. Period.
IF WE WANT TO IGNORE BORDER SECURITY, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO OUR JOB FOR US!

We have 12 million new potential Democrats and millions of Latinos lemmings to pander to. You  rebel scum are not allowed to disobey with the wishes of your Imperial Federal Masters!
So what if we ignore Voter Intimidation by The New Black Panthers.
So what if 60% of Americans were against our Imperial Health Care.
So, we said repeatedly and loudly that the Health Care Mandate wasn’t a Tax, but then said it was in court.
So what. We are are Supreme. We can do that!
So what if 60-70% of the Americans support the rebels in securing our border first.
So what if we still go on about “racial profiling” and create racial division as justification, but then in court assert none of it and go for SUPREMACY instead.
So what if we pass 2000+ page bills that “you have to pass them to know what’s in them” that we never read anyhow.
So what if the Journo-List Ministry of Truth lies.
Like it matters to us.
WE ARE THE EMPIRE and we Are SUPREME.
If you don’t like it, lump it!

And don’t you dare “over burden” us with doing our job!
We have too many rounds of golf to play. To many private concerts, 5-star luxury hotels to take over for our imperial vacations.
We are just better than you. Live with it.
We work really hard at dividing this country by class and race. It’s exhausting!
Judge Bolton: “requiring Arizona law enforcement officials and agencies to determine the immigration status of every person who is arrested burdens lawfully-present aliens because their liberty will be restricted while their status is check.” She additionally found that the burdensome verification requirement “will divert resources from the federal government’s other responsibilities and priorities.”
Judge Bolton wrote in her stay that “preserving the status quo through a preliminary injunction is less harmful than allowing state laws that are likely preempted by federal law to be enforced.” She adds in her 36-page ruling “There is a substantial likelihood that officers will wrongfully arrest legal resident aliens.” She concludes that “By enforcing this statue, Arizona would impose a ‘distinct, unusual and extraordinary’ burden on legal resident aliens that only the federal government has the authority to impose.”

Don’t you dare burden the Empire with actually doing their job!!! HOW DARE YOU!!

You do have to feel sorry for the Empire in this sense:
They have know had to admit their own incompetence on National Security and that doing their job is too “burdensome” for them.

They have had to admit they told a bold faced lie about the Health Care Mandate being a Tax.
They have had to admit that they are racially biased (The New Black Panther Case) and are not interested in anyone who isn’t their “base”. No crackers need apply.

Every time they say they are going to be “transparent” they become more secretive.
Under a little-noticed provision of the recently passed financial-reform legislation, the Securities and Exchange Commission no longer has to comply with virtually all requests for information releases from the public, including those filed under the Freedom of Information Act.
The law, signed last week by President Obama, exempts the SEC from disclosing records or information derived from “surveillance, risk assessments, or other regulatory and oversight activities.” Given that the SEC is a regulatory body, the provision covers almost every action by the agency, lawyers say. Congress and federal agencies can request information, but the public cannot.
I guess that means that Congress and the SEC are too big to fail. :)

Every problem or criticism of them they think can be solved by unfettered use of the RACE CARD.
The “culture of corruption” the Democrats ran on in 2006 and 2008 turns out to be like Luke Skywalker in the dream cave sequence, it turns out to be THEM! :)

House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) on Tuesday noted that it was Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), not him, who promised to “drain the swamp” of corruption in Washington.
“I didn’t use that term,” Hoyer said when asked if he thinks Democrats have “drained the swamp.”  ”What I believed and continue to believe is that we have made the ethics process work, and we have made it work in a meaningful way.”(The Hill)

Yes, FOR THEM and AGAINST YOU! :)

They know that raising taxes in a recession that hasn’t gotten better despite all their claims to the contrary but they can’t not do it because they have to demonize “the rich” and have no choice but to stick it to everyone because of it.
The Ideology is The ideology.
The Agenda is The Agenda.
The Empire must Strike Back!
The Empire Must be Supreme!
All Hail The Emperor!
The Emperor has No Clothes! :)

Will The State Defendent Please Rise

Statement by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer
PHOENIX – “Today I was notified that the federal government has filed a lawsuit against the State of Arizona.  It is wrong that our own federal government is suing the people of Arizona for helping to enforce federal immigration law.  As a direct result of failed and inconsistent federal enforcement, Arizona is under attack from violent Mexican drug and immigrant smuggling cartels.  Now, Arizona is under attack in federal court from President Obama and his Department of Justice.  Today’s filing is nothing more than a massive waste of taxpayer funds.  These funds could be better used against the violent Mexican cartels than the people of Arizona.
“The truth is the Arizona law is both reasonable and constitutional.  It mirrors substantially what has been federal law in the United States for many decades.  Arizona’s law is designed to complement, not supplant, enforcement of federal immigration laws.  Despite the Department of Justice’s claims in paragraph 62 of today’s lawsuit, Arizona is not trying ‘to establish its own immigration policy’ or ‘directly regulate the immigration status of aliens.’  Arizona Revised Statutes § 11-1051(E) states that the federal government, along with local law enforcement officers authorized by the federal government, can only determine an alien’s immigration status.   Subsection (L) of that same section goes on to state that the law ‘shall be implemented in a manner consistent with federal laws regulating immigration.’
“The irony is that President Obama’s Administration has chosen to sue Arizona for helping to enforce federal immigration law and not sue local governments that have adopted a patchwork of ‘sanctuary’ policies that directly violate federal law. These patchwork local ‘sanctuary’ policies instruct the police not to cooperate with federal immigration officials.
“The best thing government can do is to create a stable, predictable environment, governed by an easily understood set of rules or laws. We do not need to make this more complicated than it already is.  We must first and foremost create a secure border. Enhanced trade, economic opportunity and freedom will surely follow.
“I am pleased that President Obama and the Department of Justice did not pursue the baseless claims of illegal racial profiling in the lawsuit.   When signing S.B. 1070, I said, ‘My signature today represents my steadfast support for enforcing the law — both against illegal immigration AND against racial profiling.’ Arizona’s law expressly prohibits unconstitutional racial profiling.  However, words are not enough.  For this reason, I ordered the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (AZPOST) to develop training on the new law for Arizona’s police officers.   AZPOST has completed the training course and has published it for the all world to see at www.azpost.state.az.us/SB1070infocenter.htm.  AZPOST has done its job professionally and served Arizona well.
“I will not stop fighting to protect the citizens of Arizona, and to defend Arizonans in federal court.  I have set up a legal defense fund to pay the substantial legal fees that Arizona has been, and will be, forced to incur as a result of all of these lawsuits.  Contributions to the Border Security and Immigration Defense Fund can be made at www.keepazsafe.com.  My legal team will not hesitate to assert the rights of the State of Arizona in this matter.  Arizona will ultimately prevail against the lawsuits – including this latest assault by the Obama Administration. Our laws will be found to be constitutional – because that is exactly what they are.”
So the President is playing politics with National Security.
The Dept. of Justice that dropped the Black Panther case because of race politics, is now suing Arizona for race politics.
Politics. Politics. Politics.
The exploitation of Illegal aliens reaches a new low.
“Setting immigration policy and enforcing immigration laws is a national responsibility,” US Attorney General Eric Holder said in the statement.
Arizona, the Justice Department said, “crossed a constitutional line.”
However, he added, “diverting federal resources away from dangerous aliens such as terrorism suspects and aliens with criminal records will impact the entire country’s safety.”
Yeah, stopping them coming across a porous border is definitely “diverting”!! :(
“The American people must wonder whether the Obama administration is really committed to securing the border when it sues a state that is simply trying to protect its people by enforcing immigration law,” Republicans John McCain and Jon Kyl said in a joint statement.
The real problem is that BOTH parties are not interested in securing the border, for different reasons, but neither wants to do it.
But only the Democrats and this President wants to sue a State to prevent anyone from doing something about it!
So the federal government will use taxpayers money to sue taxpayers for wanting security.
America, what a country!
“The nation’s immigration laws reflect a careful and considered balance of national law enforcement, foreign relations, and humanitarian interests,” the suit says.
<>
The lawsuit goes on to say that a “state may not establish its own immigration policy or enforce state laws in a manner that interferes with the federal immigration laws. The Constitution and the federal immigration laws do not permit the development of a patchwork of state and local immigration policies throughout the country.”
So if the government wants to ignore national security and border security you aren’t allowed to do anything about it!
We are from the Government and we are here to protect you! :)
That is, if you’re politically advantageous to us, or we want to pander to you.
Otherwise, screw you!
When U.S. cities and even entire states declare themselves to be “sanctuaries” for illegal aliens, they act outside the law, and by their actions could be charged with a felony for each violation of federal law by “concealing, harboring, or sheltering illegal aliens” (8 U.S. Code, sections 1324 and 1325; Immigration and Naturalization Act sections 274 and 275).
Funny that President Obama and Eric Holder have no problem with “sanctuary” cities encroaching on immigration policy and enforcement.
It’s all Politics, all the time.
We, the Government, aren’t going to do anything about the Border, but you’re not allowed to do anything about it either!
So much for Protect from all enemies foreign and domestic.
Only if they are perceived to be politically advantageous to us.
Doesn’t that make you feel safer! :)

Prevarication Rather than Verification

PERFerring to Pervaricate

June 2, 2010 · Leave a Comment · Edit This

The handful of police chiefs who complained to Attorney General Eric Holder about Arizona’s new immigration law don’t represent law enforcement. They have a liberal agenda.
The media have breathlessly reported how the police brass traveled to Washington to voice their concerns over the law in an hour-long meeting with Holder. Left unreported was that the whole thing was staged by a liberal Washington lobby group called the Police Executive Research Forum, which a month earlier hosted longtime supporter Holder at its annual confab.
PERF’s Web site describes itself as a “progressive” organization “challenging traditional police practices.” Media also failed to note PERF is partnered with the ACLU and has lobbied against even federal enforcement of immigration laws. In fact, PERF favors amnesty for the millions of immigrants living in the U.S. illegally.
The police chiefs who attended the Holder meeting are members of PERF. One of them — Tucson Police Chief Roberto Villasenor — argued that his state’s illegal immigrant crackdown will target “a subset of the community.” Yes, a criminal subset, which is the whole point.
Still, Villasenor insisted, “This is not the focus of local law enforcement. Immigration is the focus of the federal government.”
Unfortunately, the feds aren’t focusing on the problem, forcing besieged border states like Arizona to protect themselves. And long before Arizona’s S.B. 1070 became law, Villasenor’s own county signed an agreement with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to help border agents ID and round up criminal aliens.
Tucson is the seat of Pima County — one of more than 70 law enforcement agencies across the country that ICE has deputized to crack down on illegals under the so-called 287(g) program, which PERF also opposes. Pima signed its agreement in 2008.
Rather than complaining, Villasenor should be grateful. The partnership has helped take dangerous criminals off the streets of Tucson and surrounding areas. Nationwide, it has ID’d and processed for removal more than 110,000 criminal aliens since January 2006.
Villasenor knows how bad the problem is in his state. Tellingly, he argued that the feds will be overwhelmed by the number of referrals once every cop in Arizona is empowered to check the immigration status of people they stop.
Villasenor argues the Arizona law, which takes effect July 29, will only divert resources from fighting crime. But much of Arizona’s recent crime wave involves immigrant-related drug-running, kidnapping, rape and murder. So attacking illegal immigration will at the same time reduce the overall crime rate.
It’s a shame he and other police chiefs would choose political grandstanding over the safety of the citizens they’re sworn to protect. (IBD)

Oh, and Obama found some time in his “busy” schedule to meet with Governor Jan Brewer on Thursday.
The initial response from the White House indicated a visit was not in the cards.
“We remain in regular contact with the governor and her staff,” White House spokesman Adam Abrams told reporters. “While the president’s schedule next week doesn’t allow for a meeting, he does intend to sit down with the governor in the future.”
On Tuesday, the author of Arizona’s immigration law — which Obama has called “misguided” and expressed concerns that it might be applied in a “discriminatory” fashion — criticized the president’s failure to make time to meet with Brewer, calling it “an insult.”
Republican state Sen. Russell Pearce told Fox News that the president is “willing to have a beer fest with an officer in Cambridge after he misspoke. … He misspoke on this bill also and he’s not willing to meet with the governor of the state of Arizona?”
Later on Tuesday the White House announced the president intended to meet with Brewer after all.(ABC)
So he was planning to have a meeting with Hillary and India so will they meet over a curry?
An administration official, speaking on condition of anonymity, confirmed that Brewer will meet Obama on Thursday at the White House.
“This administration has dedicated unprecedented resources over the past 16 months to fulfill the federal government’s responsibility to secure the Southwest border. The president looks forward to discussing those efforts and other matters of mutual interest with Governor Brewer,” the official said. (Reuters)

Does this sound like the BS it was not intended to sound like? Meaningless Orwellian drivel.

By a 3-2 vote the board moves to suspend county-funded travel to the state, possibly terminate contracts with Arizona-based companies, and divest the county pension fund of Arizona state and municipal bonds. Residents attending the meeting spoke out on both sides of the issue.
Among the speakers against the boycott were family members of Jamiel Shaw II, a 17-year-old football player who was recruited by Stanford and Rutgers before he was shot to death in 2008. Pedro Espinoza, a member of the 18th Street gang who was in the U.S. illegally, has been charged with murder in the case. He had been released from jail a day before the shooting after serving time for another offense.
“I was coming here thinking what can I say to touch their hearts? But you don’t have one,” Tommie Shaw, Shaw’s grandmother, told the supervisors.
You go Grandma! And we, at least, are sorry for your loss. I don’t think the LA City Council cares enough to be sorry.
They are too busy pandering.
And that, after all, is what all the noise is about.

Patriotic Stupidity

Why it is Patriotic to Side with Cities that Boycott Arizona

 By Jim Byrd  Saturday, May 29, 2010 After carefully studying the Arizona immigration law, Senate Bill 1070, I have concluded that the bill is discriminatory, inequitable, unethical, and pregnant with racial profiling mandates. After an exhausting session of cogitating, examining, perusing, and pondering, this is the only conclusion available to this quasi-learned person.
Now of course I did not actually read the bill with my own eyes; what I did was follow the examples displayed by the erudite leaders of this country, delegating my scholarship to the press, magazines, blogs, and the general word on the street. If our president, Barack Obama, can sign a 2700 hundred page health care bill based on anecdotal propaganda gathered by various people possessing incorruptible decadence, and if Eric Holder can delineate the Arizona immigration law and issue apocalyptic prophecies in infinitesimal degrees without ever reading the bill and instead relying on hearsay, and if Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Homeland Security, can claim that “That’s not the kind of law I would have signed… I believe it’s a bad law enforcement law,” without reading one page of the 10 page bill by relying on a jejunely calculated postulation based on intelligence gathered from La Raza pamphlets, The National Enquirer, and The View, then I hereby proclaim myself a renowned expert on the Arizona immigration law by intellectual proxy.
Based on my indolently gathered intelligence, I must proclaim solidarity with the cities of San Francisco, Los Angeles, West Hollywood, and Oakland, all from the wistfully insolvent state of California. But an honorary position among these patriotic enclaves is warranted for the Phoenix Suns.
Since I have not actually read the immigration bill in question, I thought we could read it together, staring at the demonic scrawlings with our collective jaws agape. I plugged the following words into Google: immigration law, racial profiling, oppressive states, and discrimination. The following treatise is the fruit of my sleuthing. Notice how in the first sentence, the state is compelling all municipalities within the state to cooperate with federal immigration law, and forcing all law enforcement agents to check legal status by questioning immigrants and demanding to see their papers.
The reprobate:
  • (a) Every law enforcement agency shall fully cooperate with the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service regarding any person who is arrested if he or she is suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws.
  • (b) With respect to any such person who is arrested, and suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws, every law enforcement agency shall do the following: (1) Attempt to verify the legal status of such person as a citizen of the United States, an alien lawfully admitted as a permanent resident, an alien lawfully admitted for a temporary period of time or as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of immigration laws. The verification process may include, but shall not be limited to, questioning the person regarding his or her date and place of birth, and entry into the United States, and demanding documentation to indicate his or her legal status. (2) Notify the person of his or her apparent status as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws and inform him or her that, apart from any criminal justice proceedings, he or she must either obtain legal status or leave the United States. (3) Notify the Attorney General of California and the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service of the apparent illegal status and provide any additional information that may be requested by any other public entity.
  • (c) Any legislative, administrative, or other action by a city, county, or other legally authorized local governmental entity with jurisdictional boundaries, or by a law enforcement agency, to prevent or limit the cooperation required by subdivision (a) is expressly prohibited.
This must be one of the most discriminatory pieces of legislation on the books in any state of this union. Not one consecrated city has the option of giving sanctuary to pre-citizens without penalty. The nerve of Arizona… wait a second… what is this… this is not the Arizona immigration bill. Listen: I must ask the reader to strike from the record any prejudicial and malignant thoughts this bill may have caused them to formulate against California, as this is section 834b of the California Penal Code forcing all municipalities to comply within the state of California. Obviously a stenographic error in transcribing, causing the first sentence to not reflect the words “in California” preceding the word “shall” in the first sentence.
Anyway, our crusade is still salvageable. I will refrain from personal investigation, and rely on my original methodology, which is recommended by our leaders in D.C., depending on other people’s opinions for my own. With serendipity reigning down upon us this past week, one of the true leaders of a wonderful empire that just so happens to abut Arizona, no less, was touring the White House and our esteemed Congress, and addressing this very subject. What a sad state of affairs to which we have succumbed when the President of Mexico, Felipe Calderon, has to risk flying across Arizona’s borders to scold and educate the populace of America regarding the atrocious Arizona immigration bill. This Mexican President, this captain of righteousness, has shepherded his beloved country of Mexico down a path of peace and prosperity, which is starting to pay huge dividends by curbing the random decapitations, kidnappings, drug smuggling, human smuggling, abject violence, and general anarchy and mayhem, by noting that there was a 5 1/2 minute period in the month of December when not one of the above mentioned exportable commodities happened. Now I shall let President Calderon explain the Arizona law in plain and simple Spanish.
Calderon flew into the United States last week, being under diplomatic parasol, technically making his lack of documents a non-issue, but he did, and prudently so, refuse to land in Arizona for refueling purposes, nonetheless. There were a few snags with the Democratic Party’s warm acceptation of his diatribe against the United States as his translator’s rendition was as discombobulated as the diction of a Middle School English teacher in Tucson. Regardless of the incoherency of the speech at times, there was always a rousing standing ovation lauded by the Democrats. The Mexican Embassy had to clear up a few poorly translated remarks by Calderon. Example of the poor translation: “Despite their enormous strain on the economy and society of the United States, millions of immigrants are shadowy, and at times, like in the land seized from Mexico, the state of Arizona, are forced into patterns of dissemination.” The transcript from the Mexican Embassy: “Despite their enormous contribution to the economy and society of the United States, millions of immigrants still live in the shadows, and at times, like in Arizona, even face patterns of discrimination.” Calderon said the law “ignores reality,” while adamantly pronouncing that the billions of dollars that illegal aliens cost the U.S. each year, the crimes they cause, the drugs smuggled into the U.S. across the border, the kidnappings in the U.S. by Mexican pre-citizens, the violence on the border, and the smuggling of humans across the border, were unrealistic products of the right-wing propaganda machine.
I was so inspired by Calderon’s scolding of the anti-pre-Americans that I have located the immigration law of El Diablo currently in force in Arizona. I used the same key words in Google as before: immigration law, racial profiling, oppressive states, and discrimination, but added the great country of Mexico and Calderon. Google disgorged that Arizona immigration law dictates immigrants should:
  • have the means to sustain themselves economically;
  • not destined to be burdens on society;
  • of economic and social benefit to society;
  • of good character and have no criminal records;
  • and contributors to the general well-being of the nation;
  • immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
  • foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
  • foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics;
  • foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;
  • foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
  • those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.
This is not a law, this is citizenship genocide; this would not only eradicate all pre-citizens from within the confines of Arizona’s boundaries, but if adhered to in the strictest manner, would eliminate the entire Democratic Party within that state, and if ever adopted nationally, would set this country back, politically, all the way to the ratification of the Constitution. How can the state of Arizona force all the pre-citizens to… hold on a second, not again… there must be some sort of mistake with this Google. This appears to be the immigration law of Mexico. Again, strike this from the record, extinguish whatever ill thoughts are burning in your mind until I can get this sorted. There has to be a perfectly good explanation. Hold your faith, as it does not excuse Arizona, we all know they did something horribly wrong with immigration. I, along with Barack Obama, Janet Napolitano, Eric Holder, and the entire Democratic Party, just know something is amiss in Arizona; we are just not exactly sure what it is yet, but it is most definitely much worse than anything California and Mexico have done. And I can promise that once one of us finally reads this bill, we will find some way to bring their contumelious and oppressive immigration law to light. Bear with us.
How about this: “Every alien, eighteen years of age and over, shall at all times carry with him and have in his personal possession any certificate of alien registration or alien registration receipt card issued to him pursuant to subsection… assists an illegal alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S.” No, no, no. That’s from the United States immigration law Section 1304(e).
Eureka! I have procured the iniquitous document.

ARTICLE 8. ENFORCEMENT OF IMMIGRATION LAWS

  • A. No official or Agency Of This State Or a County, City, Town or Other political subdivision of this state may limit or restrict the enforcement of federal immigration laws to less than the full extent permitted by federal law.
  • B. For any lawful stop, detention or arrest made by a law enforcement official or a law enforcement agency of this state or a law enforcement official or a law enforcement agency of a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state in the enforcement of any other law or ordinance of a county, city or town or this state where reasonable suspicion exists that the person is an alien and is unlawfully present in the United States, a reasonable attempt shall be made, when practicable, to determine the immigration status of the person, except if the determination may hinder or obstruct an investigation. Any person who is arrested shall have the person’s immigration status determined before the person is released. The person’s immigration status shall be verified with the federal government pursuant to 8 United States code section 1373(c). A law enforcement official or agency of this state or a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state may not consider race, color or national origin in implementing the requirements of this subsection except to the extent permitted by the United States or Arizona Constitution. A person is presumed to not be an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States if the person provides to the law enforcement officer or agency any of the following:
    1. A valid Arizona driver license.
    2. A valid Arizona nonoperating identification license.
    3. A valid tribal enrollment card or other form of tribal identification.
    4. If the entity requires proof of legal presence in the United States before issuance, any valid United States federal, state, or local government issued identification.
  • E. In the implementation of this section, an alien’s immigration status may be determined by:
    1. A law enforcement officer who is authorized by the federal government to verify or ascertain an alien’s immigration status.
    2. The United States immigration and customs enforcement or the United States customs and border protection pursuant to 8 United States Code section 1373(c).
    • Resolute readers do charge forth with our crusade against the state of Arizona, as the plenitude of evidence against Arizona has been manifested by my stalwart enterprise. Unfortunately, I have yet to read the snippet above, as I have become infirmed with physical exhaustion and mental lethargy as a result of this production. If anyone can peruse the above Arizona law and locate the obvious mandate for racial profiling, discrimination, and the various other pernicious verbiage, please note it and pass it on to me so I can be informed.

Amen.
